• Open a new outdoor arena
• Build at least one more splash pad
• Create more cycling infrastructure
• Open an artificial turf in Newmarket

• Direct high rise growth to Yonge and Davis to protect our existing negihbourhoods
• Encourage new condo and rental development for seniors and youth
• Support stronger road and transit infrastructure to support growth.
• Target a 1-2% annual growth rate which supports local economic development

• Support Southlake as a job creator
• Develop a local job retention strategy
• Promote a regional approach to economic development and foreign direct investment

• Develop a Community Energy Plan
• Support a Regional and local Emissions reduction strategy
• Support transit and cycling infrastructure

• Continue to set budget targets to minimize tax increases
• Continue to invest in Asset Replacement and Reserve Funds for future sustainability
• Examine annual budget for saving and reduction opportunities

• Plan for Housing options for everyone
• Encourage rental housing projects in Newmarket and throughout the Region
• Provide more no cost/low cost recreation
